this is Rot; both heads answer to that, and since she used to be a skydancer and isn't quite used to being two people yet, neither head has quite settled on a separate personality yet. whether that continues to be the case, or the two differentiate, remains to be seen! no one in the clan is quite sure why, when the respected (if eccentric) clan elder returned from a particularly long sojourn, she came back twice and big. and with some, uh, extras?

and then there's this recently finished disaster child. these two identify themselves as Phobos and Deimos (more popularly known as the moons of Mars, which are themselves named after the sons of Ares, who represent the fear and terror that follow war) though if you were to try asking which head is Phobos and which is Deimos, you'd run into problems: how they answer depends entirely on their mood. it doesn't help that one of the heads received more of the Plaguebringer's blessing than the other; it's so covered with the overgrowth of primal eyes that it has difficulty speaking, and mostly stays tucked under a wing to shield its sensitive eyes from the background radiation of magic that pervades Sornieth. neither Deimos nor Phobos care any more for pronouns than for names, and will answer to whatever they feel like at any given time, with little apparent rhyme or reason. they have their reasons, of course, but they share few of them, and prefer simply to observe how dragons outside the Mother's domain have learned to be strong.
