It's not even a joke, it's some poem about the death of a peanut?
It's not even festive?? Just utterly absurd enough to stay with me

my fave part of christmas is probably the food, its the only time the entire family goes all out on cooking and its always amazing!

I love all of the lights! Going with friends or family walking while drinking a warm beverage to take off the chill. It is amazing to see all the cleaver designs everyone creates! My favorites from the latest walk was the folded origami crane in white lights and of course the dragon!

My mother's extra simple chess pie recipe (everyone here calls it her sugar pie because they don't seem to have chess pie up here :P)
DON'T TELL HER I POSTED THIS
Chess Pie
1 stick melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
1 1/4 cups sugar
Frozen pie shell
Mix well and pour into frozen pie shell.
Bake at 325°F for 30-35 min.
Favorite Things About Christmas
- Warm spices in everything
- Sweater weather
- SCARVESSSSS
- The BEST smelling candles, soaps, etc
- Snow is pretty
- Christmas music makes me happy
- I LOOOOOOOOVE giving gifts!!!
- Christmas parties!!!

I like my mom's spiced pecans; unfortunately I am traveling, so I don't have the exact recipe, but
here's one that's as close as I remember it. They are pretty easy, and tasty!
Favorite Christmas memory, our family and grandmother spent the holiday once in Cancun Mexico; it was so warm, we went out snorkeling on Christmas Eve. Also my brother won the worst wrapper award by using stuff found in the hotel bathroom to wrap presents. (This was back in the days you could leave wrapped packages in your luggage).
