She's a perdy derg but I find Islwyn so irritating! So does everyone else, apparently -- I'm pretty sure Farrow recommended her for the boatswain position just so Islwyn could fail and she would finally leave Farrow alone. I'm going to automatically condemn her to the following fate:
Maybe Sadeas will change his mind about her eventually -- he's secretly a big softie.
I had an added rule for miscellaneous ability and energy stones that required me to roll to either death-streak or level all crewmembers, which really backfired on me. I ended up devoting an absurd amount of time to leveling the dragons when the point of the Fodderlocke is to punt them to the gods! I had to give up the rule; I just about burnt out on the Fodderlocke on phase 1. I may return to it again someday but have the roll be either death-streak or nothing happening. For now, though, it's gone!

A member of the crew is immensely unpopular and frequently on the wrong side of the Quartermaster, and the highest-level dragon besides the captain has called them out. Raise the unpopular crewmember a level to help them prove their worth. If they don't get selected for an activity in the next five turns, boot the layabout.
