Notes: If you look in the bio of the dragon I've linked, you can see how the bow is placed over top of the hood on her neck. I'd love to see the bow this way but if it causes too many problems you can draw it differently or remove it entirely. c: She looks cute with and without it.

For the background, maybe colors that compliment her / her apparel would be good. c: I'm not too picky. OH and it's totally okay to simplify the apparel if need be! Some of the steampunk details can be tricky, speaking from experience :P
