This is where many dragons from different factions and places stay for a rest, to shop, etc. Although its not exactly the safest place considering so many different dragons are here. Although the place is usually bustling with life.
Majority of the time the shop keepers and other important people hang out in the safer areas (page 2) for if they get harmed or the business they own gets robbed it can ruin their appearance.
