I really love how you have worked her design and apparel together. I've never really taken note of Wine Tapir before, but you managed to make her entire ensemble compliment and flow with it, and by using pieces that are only a couple from the same set. Her lore is fun as well, the spoiled-yet-neglected child of a powerful figure, radiating a particular mixture of desperate insecurity and vicious entitlement. I had to tell myself I wouldn't just pick Skydancers from your lair as I went through, though each and every one stood out to me. But this gal stopped me in my tracks. The soft pastel-but-not and faint rainbows on a white design is really striking, especially in a lair full of shifty rogues and political backstabbers. (And Pip, shoutout to Pip!) I love her lore, this poor put-upon healer! The aqua capsule also looks extremely good on her, to the point where I was scanning her attire to see what kind of accent she had on and was surprised to find it's 'none'! And her attire works perfectly with it. Also, that Manticore Provocateur as a familiar suits her immensely, and I can just imagine her spending too many sleepless nights trying to perfect mastery of some rare draconic instrument. Male Tundras can look very somber, and you've really capitalized on this here which is especially amazing given that Buttons is overwhelmingly pink in hue. I mean the primal shadow eyes help, but it's really your styling of him that brings it home and gives that whole 'haunted doll' effect? Also, the lore story attached to him is great - I love a good tragic ghost tale. First up - Ylsa! I really love how you have worked her design and apparel together. I've never really taken note of Wine Tapir before, but you managed to make her entire ensemble compliment and flow with it, and by using pieces that are only a couple from the same set. Her lore is fun as well, the spoiled-yet-neglected child of a powerful figure, radiating a particular mixture of desperate insecurity and vicious entitlement. That being said, something about the way he is presented reminds me of the beautiful regal dragon statues my nana used to collect. I stared at them endlessly, daydreaming for hours about a fantasy world where you could encounter breathtaking beasts like Xeriss. I can see Xeriss, perched neatly at the top of a rocky mountain with his chest exposed, head high, the sun's rays breaking out behind him, and sending the gold and crystal covered scales shimmering in the light. Such a beautiful image.[/center]

Seems like I'm bias all of a sudden and have only been picking females. One look at Surana and I knew I had to pick her. oh hell yeah i LOVE a good crackle dragon. spirals can get busy real quick but agmar, i think, has the perfect amount of detail — his minimal primary and secondary genes allow his crackle to stand out well, and his tattered but elegant apparel gives him the vibe of disgraced (or cursed) royalty. he may have had power and wealth once, but maybe it's all turned to smoke now? also, i love how his dark sclera matches his crackle.

Next up is Dan, a visually stunning black and white imperial. He doesn't have much apparel equipped, but that only highlights the intricate patterns more. I really like the addition of the white filigree gene against obsidian starmap/constellation. With those genetics, I can see why this dragon was bred so often with a long list of offspring.

Continuing on with the double obsidian theme, I'll highlight another dragon named Dan, this time a skydancer. The wasp/bee primary and secondary brings out a shiny, almost iridescent shade to the obsidian, and I'm a fan of goat eyes as well.

I'm a fan of shiny blue dragons as well as black ones, and Korra definitely fits the description as an ultramarine and cerulean wildclaw. The shiny claws are a nice visual touch. The "ruthless" apparel testifies to her fierce and assertive nature in her biography. Overall she's the type of dragon I'd like to have on my side during a fight.

And finally we have another eye-catching dragon that manages to stand out simply on genetics alone, without need for a skin or accent. Cole has a nice autumnal black and gold color scheme going on, and he is one of the nicest examples of Veined I've seen in the game. A very appealing dragon.

Anyways lovely coloring with them and the skin fit perfectly with the dragon! The one thing that puts it off though it the pink accenting on the Chitin Breastplate, kinda just puts it all off-center.

But other than that I love his coloring and the way you put his outfit together.

Okay I love the layering on the kelpie mane and the woodmask, also did not realize she had only four items on so far! She looks really good for that though.

I love her finished plans and how it seems to bring a tree feel to it? She just kinda reminds me of an old tree that looks vaguely human in shape but not.

Monochrome clown looks are amazing and the jester apparel with the color scheme she has is really neat!
I also love her familiar and how it matches her but with bluer hues.

Although I would recommend slightly bringing out more of the blue hue in orca with apparel just to break up that hypnotic hexagon look.

Okapi always looks nice on Veils and it blends in nicely with his mane! the fam matches nicely and his name is really cute and simple to pronounce.

Also very nice looking for a non gen1 that was breed changed!

Gaolers often look odd to me, I can't stand the females and the males I can but the accents are so pricey so finding a Gaoler without a skin that actually looks pleasing is really neat!

@Daffodils, this was not easy, you have such a lovely compact lair with a lot of distinct dragons. I don't think there really is another gene that works as well as it does for him, especially with the tert and skin combination. I love the background of blacks and subtle changes in shade contrasting against the softer creams and whites, it's such a classic but always enchanting combination. I adore his outfit as well, there's not a lot of apparel at all but what's there adds to his overall theme and vibe extremely well and makes him feel way more ethereal for it. The primal eyes are incredible too, and I love the eclipse theme. So incredibly cool. The colours on this girl are outstanding, they're all similar in shade but they differ enough to offer in enough accent colours and markings that make her feel busy without being too distracting and it all melds together incredibly well. Again you've managed to dress Yamji here extremely beautifully without overcrowding her and seeing the lute for some reason makes me happy, it's such an undderated apparel piece! I've also never seen bright earth eyes until now and I am 100% in love. [center][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/65940993][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/659410/65940993_350.png[/img][/url][/center] I had to pick Litri here for the beach vibes, I absolutely miss going to the beach and I love, love, love the way you've dressed him up. I do not really like paint or piebald but I have to admit defeat here, it looks incredible and matches thematically well like it's water foam being left behind on a sandy shore. The accent is really pretty to look at and the laying on this guy is awesome! I love the simple effect of overlapping two halos together and I'm also a massive fan of all the layering around his head. The coral crown is a top tier festival item to begin with but the pearl earring and golden seraph piece add some regality to it. I also like the horns for some reason, I'm sure your intention was he does have round horns but when I look at it I like to think it's other bits of aquatic debris gravitating towards him, like a nautilus shell or something. I'm a sucker for purple range dragons anyway but she's not even purple, most of that is from the accent! That genuinely made me do a double take and honestly I kind of like her even more for it. You've somehow taken a ton of colours I wouldn't have ever tried to make work together and made them into a dragon that really is stunning. Lukin is minimalistic in concept and the colour matching is way too good, the scarf to the strands of her accent, the locket to her glimmer, the lightest hues of green in the rings to her wind eyes and the tarnished browns to her skin. I adore her. Again, not a big fan of the moth genes on veils but the biggest detractors for me are hidden behind this incredible skin and, to be honest, the details that aren't obfuscated add to it, especially the gorgeous red fades near the tail and hind legs. I love the colour combinations and I love his overall theme. Again, not sure if intentional but the masks on the skin plus being a guardian of the moon just makes me think of Majoras Mask, which is all good in my book lol
