"So, I sort of started a civil war..."

Korra is considered a rare occurence within the world of Sornieth. As it is known, a dragon's elemental allegiance is determined by which flight where they hatched within, despite the differing elements of their parents. However, it is possible for certain types of dragons to be born as "hybrids" of sorts, such as having two or three types of elements within their abilities due to the potent magic of their parents. Korra though, is one of those who possess four types of elements instead, such as water, fire, earth and air. While something like this does happen once in awhile, not something to be truly called a miracle, it is something that needs guidance.

Due to her impressive prowess in her abilities at such a young age, it had been agreed upon by her clan that she would be kept within a compound that teach and help her master her own abilities so that she may be ready and eventually set of on her own path right. It had been a clan with many members, so it hadn't been too hard to find appropriate teachers for the fiesty youngling, though she had been the closest with Tenzin, her teacher regarding air, though he wasn't about to teach her until she mastered the other three elements. By the time she had turned 17, Korra already decided that it was time for her to finally leave the nest, though while a majority of the clan had refused to let her leave due to her cockiness at her own abilities, Katara had agreed and let her off into the night in secret.

As a result of being confined in a single area with dragons who had been familiar to her ways, Korra had a bit of trouble communicating with strangers due to being rather fierce, assertive, impatient, and pugnacious. To the point that she may or may have not had trouble with the law a few times before encountering Tenzin once more, who apprently also lived within the current city Korra had been with his family, he had tried to urge her into returning back home but eventually agreed to allowing Korra to stay so as long as she focuses on her air element within his home. Though it appeared that Korra had more difficulty with air than the other elements as it had been something that felt foreign to her in a way.

As she continued to stay, Korra eventually began to form friendship within the city. Her first friends had been two brothers, Mako, a fire/lightning hybrid, and Bolin, an earth/fire hybrid. They met when she had been exploring the area and caught sight of the fighting matches that were being held, with the brothers competing within it. Out of curiousity, she had snuck within the building but had nearly been caught if it were not for Bolin to come in the nick of time. They got along well enough, though Mako had been aloof to her until some time later when she had joined their group for that fighting matches as well. Another close friend of hers would be Asami, an impressive engineer and businesswoman of the wind flight. She and Korra had met my entirely by accident when Tenzin had been invited to an event to which his family and Korra came as well, she had encountered the other dragon when she headed towards a balcony for some fresh air, not knowing that someone had already been there.

Much like the brothers, Korra and Asami got along well enough within their first meeting, which eventually started to grow when they had raced each other around the building of the business that the latter will inherit in the future.

Time passed in relative peace, with her training regarding air finally showing progress, while there had been cases of gang violence within the city, Korra had been known to try to stop these events without getting into trouble with the law. She eventually became known as some form of protector in a way towards the inhabitants which helped boost her own reputation for the better. Yet, by the time that Korra had become 19, she started to once again yearn to travel across Sornieth more than stay within one place, thankfully her training regarding air is finally starting to end by the time she turns 20. She brought this up towards Tenzin, who is still rather protective of her, had agreed that she's old enough to handle things on her own now and would always be welcome back should she return. As for her close group of friends, they had expressed their support on her decision and also desired to come with her on her journery, to which she had been delighted to hear. When the time came for all of them to leave, nearly everyone that lived within the city saw them off and expressed for them to have good luck on their journey.

The group had mainly wandered various places of Sornieth to whichever place that caught their interests. Such as towns or cities that are having certain amounts of trouble, or groups that needed to be taken down for the good of everyone. This resulted in them gaining a reputation similar to that of heroes, of course it wasn't all that great in times, yet it had been exhilarating for them to feel these kinds of adventures. Six months passed, the group had caught word of a cult around the parts of the Arcane Flight, out of curiousity, Korra and her group traveled to the flight to gain more access to the rumours that circled about the cult that worshipped those with Primal eyes.

They had expected to be a difficult quest really, since it's a cult and all, they even accepted that they would be hard to find as well. But it wasn't, in fact, the cult had really been easy to find as it seems many have already knew about it and didn't seem afraid of it, they treated like it was some sort of weird, harmless community. One of the cultist was even out in public within the bar, not fanatically raving about their holy message and heretics, but instead he interacted with the crowds so well with his silver tongue, the group only knew that he was a cultist when they asked about it and the dragon, named Cosmos, revealed that he was apart of it in a such a casual tone like someone was asking about the weather. It just made them more wary, as the cult didn't attract any sort of cautiousness from any other inhabitant, unknowing of what their true intentions could possibly be.

They stayed there longer, along the way they met a few more cultists who didn't even seem like cultists at first. The most memorable was Bomi, an excellent storyteller who was adored by many children, who may or may not be participating in cultish activities. When they felt like they were ready, they approached Cosmos once more and asked a few more questions regarding the cult, trying to act curious without rising suspicion from the cultist. However, he seems to have saw through this and looked at them with an amused grin as he asked if they wanted to see the cult itself.

Of course, they were initially hesitant of going into the heart of the cult, but they aren't going to move on from this quest if they don't confront it and accepted the invitation.

When Korra had imagined what the cult would truly be like, she had thought it would seem nice in the surface, yet you can clearly see that it was all fake and before you know it, it's too late and they've dragged you in to either join them or have your eyes taken by their Primal overlords. Instead, she's met with a place where the happiness actually seems genuine instead of forced, everyone is treated as equals despite their differing eye types and can have whichever job they want instead of the one that is suggested depending on their eyes. Even the Primal themselves, who are supposed to be subject of worship for this cult, are treated so casually, there wasn't even offerings or shrines for them, just treated like everybody else. It was almost like what all the other locals have said, the cult isn't a dangerous one like that of the Sons of Garmadon or Eden's Gate.

While Korra and her group were still pretty unsure about it all, still acted civil for the cultists were all treating them with respect and curiousity, not at all trying to actively make them join the cult. It was as if this place was just a normal if a bit eccentric clan. They could have just left once more onto their journey, but after a year of travelling, one cannot help but feel the need to rest once in awhile, right? After a lengthy discussion, the group eventually decided to stay within the Arcane Flight for a little bit more as to take a break. As they stayed, the group started to interact with the cult more often, sometimes they seek a cultist out or a cultist seeks them out. As more time passed, the group began to grow more comfortable with the cult due to their friendliness and willing to lend support to those that aren't even included within the cult. They grew close to some of the cultists and sometimes even joined them in some of the Elemental Celebrations and feasts. Before long, they have already spent about another six months within the Arcane Flight, with a majority of it had been spent with the cult.

After much consideration, Korra and her group decided to join the Cult of Primals since they've already spent so much time within it. They didn't even have to believe in its message or preach about it, just to be there when it is time to support and protect the cult, along with being supplied with money, essentials, and medical care for free so as long as they provide in return, such as bringing back stuff that could be sold or simply protecting it when there is something that endangers the peace of it. It was a good deal as they don't need to spend all that much anymore and can simply hope into the many, many tunnels of the cult in case they need something.

However, there is some dragons that weren't receptive to them at first. Not counting Silksong since no one likes the guy anyways. Rather, it's the two skydancer brothers named Tarrlok and Noatak. Tarrlok at first had been distant to them at first, yet he did eventually slightly warm up to them. Noatak on the other hand, was rather cold to them and slightly harsher whenever they come in for training, most especially to Korra as he had been rather critical of her whenever she relied on her elemental powers than her skills. It frustrated her, but did eventually help her get much better in physical fights whenever she can't use her powers and he did eventually stopped being harsh, but still is really strict.
