Growing up, I always loved making stuff in the snow. Of course it never compared to anything like these pictures that I found online. Who manages to do things like this? Wow! So basically I miss sitting inside with hot chocolate. Now we can sit on the terrace and watch green grass sprout.

What I love about winter is how everyone's home knitted scarves tend to show up again. I have a purple one, who was made by a friend some years ago.

Fresh snow is lovely to look at, but I'm thankful that we don't get very much of it here, since I don't like shoveling it or driving in it.
