Emal! I don't remember how I came up with that name, lmao. I might have randomized it. Her colors are surprisingly great, two oranges that get reddish accents and a blue!
I need to come up with a new scry for her, though.

Mater received her final design a few months ago. Being a Guardian originally, I changed her into a Skydancer quite early in the gameplay. After that, I scattered her until I received this nice Ivo/Ivo combination. Then there was this dark moment I exalted her because I ran out of lair space back then. I brought her back when the Restoring Progen and the Hibernal Den features were implemented, re-worked her overall design and couldn't be happier about her now. <3[/center]

[center][b]Strife.[/b] His goal is Most Menacing Fae. And to collect all Plague Apparel. He's received the genes Vipera, Toxin, and Crackle... which makes his Blood tertiary color look more like blood spatter.[/center]
[center][i]Oh! He's named after the main character in a book I'm writing. Book Strife is a werewolf who is going to be going toe to toe with an evil werewolf in book 1 and an evil mage in the rest of his books. It amuses me that book Strife is 6'8" while dragon Strife is an itty bitty Fae.[/i][/center]

I loved his colors, and I wanted to do something that would help make him stand out without being too over-detailed. A friend suggested the Cherub, and I decided on the morph and spikes. The result was so stunning that I also recently applied the exact same genes to my custom Progenitor (I originally intended on making her crystal, but she turned out beautiful this way.)
As far as I know, he's already a favorite in the Nature forums. When I breed him again, I'll more than likely have homes for his children.
By the way, there is a cleverly hidden reference to his namesake in the description. Certain gamer fans will know what I'm referring to. ;)

Hard to think that my random progenitor would steal all the spotlight from my custom, but he is such a good, kind soul that it's not surprising really. Grandfather to many imperials today, he is proud of his legacy.
Originally a swamp fae, it took two scatterscrolls when they came out to get this color combo. I am so thankful they did- sunsets are one of my favorite things and Survine agrees with me! Hehe~
