I prefer watching others play horror games rather than playing them myself because I'm a little too jumpy for them but I really enjoyed going through Layers of Fear (the first one) with friends back when it came out. I also loved Until Dawn which, while not really being a scary game, captured perfectly the energy of classical horror movies and is just super fun to play with friends. Lastly, an honorable mention to P.T. which is truly impressive for something meant to just be a "playable trailer". I still mourn Silent Hills :(

No, just kidding. I haven't played that many games but I have to confess that Fallout 4 really scares my pants off bc I am like terrible afraid when the Ghuls attack. I am just shooting everywhere, crying and running off xD

Oh man, horror games? Hm... I would say either Resident Evil series or Silent Hill series, however, to this day Dead Space still has to be at the top. I remember when Dead Space first came out, and honestly some of the parts still get me to this day. Super fun but super scary game, in my opinion!

(Though I still mourn the loss of P.T.; Silent Hills would have been THE horror game if it had came out.)
