As for today's prompt: My clan mostly relaxes. They enjoy Kyoko's spicy cookies -or Fall's more traditional ones, drink hot tea and watch the snow falling. The last days have been stressfull enough, after all. There is just one thing that needs to be done. Since most non-water dragons prefer to live above the water surface a large part of my lair consists of various rafts, loosely connected by briges. Someone has to make sure it doesn't freeze over, which happens quickly in the middle of an ocean. Hafina makes sure the shifts are split equally. He’s gathering the wrapped gifts from everyone and will be in charge of distribution after the first night of feasting. Everyone is anticipating some new arrivals, as Glacier and his mate and Helga and hers are expecting their hatchlings to be born soon. There’s lots going on and everyone is feeling the excitement in the air.

There’s youngsters to train. Elan is very proud for his combat progress, he doesn’t get a break but he’ll be one of the best fighters around before long.
