I love all of Shadow's eyes.
You have the classic purple eyes which got a little darker. They work lovely against darker colors.

cyan eye melting blue radioactive a color that doesn’t work with most other colors that shade of blue lol
if it was I wouldn’t want to go outside (not that I do anyways)
personally I think every flight got fantastic eye types except for wind. I also feel bad for light with their anime flash begone **** primal eyes (what were the admins thinking when they did this) it’s kind of really disappointing. oh well, at least they’re barely visible on tiny eyed dragons hah

CometStorm aaa I love lightning’s aesthetic and I take back what I said about cyan not working with most other colors— but with wind dragons??? no????? I agree ;-; tbh it kinda seems like staff put a lot of work into the beginning flights and slowly got lazier at the end of the spectrum lol (other than shadow )

here that there are plans to implement a 'revert to common scroll' in the future, so eventually there'll be a fix for that issue.
In regard to Wind uncommon, I really love the olive green of the iris, but it doesn't go that well with the sclera imo so works best on dragons that don't show that like adult spirals.
I like the new Wind common! The way it was changed from a more straight green to a warm/yellowish-one kinda throws me a bit, as it messes up the colour scheme of cool/blueish green dragons, but it
is a nice colour and very Windy. I just kinda wish they'd made uncommon eyes a cool shade to accommodate the 'seafoam' side of the Wind aesthetic. Rare eyes are
beautiful and fit this to a tee, but they're, well, rare.
I like the wind eyes as is. But if they had used a less contrasting shade for the schlera with the olive uncommon eyes, made that olive shade unusual, and made uncommon a neutral/coolish shade like the old common eyes I'd love them even more.

I like Wind's eyes but you do have a really good point on the unusual ones. I feel like they should consider changing that since it isn't going to show on some breeds at all.

I feel really slighted in Light flight.
Our original soft butter yellow was changed to lemon, our uncommon is just a slightly darker shade of lemon, our rare is a mustard color that looks Earth-like on a lot of breeds, and our primal is a meme. (I do quite like our bright unusual eyes though, and while our faceted eyes look fiery they are at least pretty.) But no hue change, no accent colors.
So I am salty our tinted eyes are just a lemon gradient and our primal eyes were sacrificed to make a joke.
I understand why the admins implemented eyes the way they did even if I disagree... but I don't get any personal excitement from hatching a nest right now because I feel like I have nothing to look forward to. "What gradient of yellow will I get today?"
As much as I don't like entirely RNG eye breeding I want more natural types to be added so I can have something to get excited about when it hatches.
