Between asthma, a spinal deformity, and a variety of sensitivities and allergies, I'm very weak. I get sick at least once a month, and it occasionally leaves me bedridden for at least a day or two. Just this past winter, I've had the flu 5 different times within 3 months..and I think the 6th is coming on now.
