@Oisin - Agh, I'm sorry about that... I'm not really sure how to avoid that.

Maybe you can quickly post something saying something like, "Sending you this item! Will edit wish list in just a second..."

That way, when you post that you've granted a wish (which I recommend that you do before you actually grant the wish), you'll be able to see if anyone else has posted at the same time. If they haven't, then go back and edit your wish list into your comment!
