"What are you doing here?" a voice called out in the darkness.
"I'm just gathering some artificing materials," Sygald said after a great, "What are you doing here? This is my clan's territory."

@Reiyn ((What lovely dragons! I had fun reading all your lore. I picked Ares because I love his colors, and because I was having a hard time keeping track of all the other dragons' relationships. She had been watching the grassy plains for a few hours now, glad to have a few moments to herself. But now, there was something else that had caught her eye. An imperial, with scales that shone like the setting sun and a handsome black mane. Surely, this must have been a seasoned warrior, judging by the scars that covered his hide. Kala wished she was brave enough to say hello, but she was just a silk dancer, and doubted the warrior would even give her the time. It turns out that sometimes, bravery doesn't come from within. Loud footsteps behind her alerted the pearlcatcher to the presence of her lifelong friend, Tango. She didn't take her eyes off of the field below as the mirror flopped onto the boulder next to her. "Whatcha starin' at?" the mirror asked, giving her friend a sidways glance. Kala sighed wistfully. "I'm just . . . Dragon watching," she replied, resting her chin on her pearl. The mirror took a second glance and grinned, spotting the dragon in question. "Why don't you go down there and say hello?" Tango gestured towards the field. Kala sputtered. "T-they could be hostile! Or . . . or--" "Nonsense! You know I wouldn't let anything happen to you," declared the mirror. "In fact, I have an idea." The pearlcatcher watched her friend dart off with a frown before returning her attention to the dragon below. Hopefully the energetic dragon would get distracted and leave her be. Unfortunately for her, she had underestimated her friend. Tango came loping back with a bouquet, of all things, clutched in her jaws. Before Kala could protest, her friend had shoved the flowers into her hands and shoved her out from behind the boulders. Evidently, Tango had forgotten that they were standing at the top of a large hill, and the dancer was now rolling less than gracefully down the hill toward the field where the imperial stood. She came to a stop with a jarring thud, and it took her a second to process what had just happened. She found herself sitting in disarray at the base of the hill with the flowers still clasped in her hands, staring up into the deep purple eyes of the imperial that she had been admiring. She gave a small, nervous laugh as she brushed her veil back into place. He was giving her a skeptical look, but it was too late to turn back now. "H . . . hello," she managed, "my name is Kala." She glanced at the flowers, and then back up at the imperial. Tango had an eye for colors, at least. "I, uh . . . picked these for you. They remind me of your scales."

Darakr moved in on the small trading post along with the fog from the sea. He had gotten an anonymous contract for a dragon who lived in the outer part of the Scared Wasteland. He had been tracking his target for a few days now. He was just waiting for the dragon to be alone and out of sight of others so he could make his move.

Perfect, this poor dragon would slip and fall into the water, drowning. It was a common way for drunkards to go.

But as soon as she saw the face of the dragon that she'd kind of just... Attacked- She flattened her feathers back and blinked slowly. Very slowly releasing her grip on his apparel and making a quiet whining noise. "I-- I'm sorry..." She said in a small voice. Backing up a bit and shrinking down, looking even smaller than she already was. This coatl looked pretty and didn't look too horribly offended. Just mostly concerned now. "I- didn't mean to do that." Grimacing sharply and pulling her headdress down more over her face, she whined. "I should- Probably go now. I'm kind of just-- Overwhelmed." She didn't want to do any more damage than she'd already done, so she kind of backed up a bit more. Being careful to not fall into the water behind her. Just flinching when ocean spray hit her from a crashing wave. (hwoops not rlly a flirt, but here is a thing ;') haha. Your boi is lovely <3 )

With your dear Slaaf Robijn!

The Coatl had been eyeing the pretty Skydancer for some time, now. Such a beautiful little thing, yet so... broken. So controlled. He knew this. He had seen how badly the poor Skydancer was being treated. And he had a plan to try to get her out.

In the dead of night, Faolan snuck into where the Skydancer was, using his ability of dimensional travel to his favor. He woke her gently with a nudge, only to soothe her when the poor girl was startled upon being woken in the dead of night. He gave her a small, gentle smile.

"Don't you worry," He hummed sweetly, "I'm going to get you out of here, hun. I promise."

He knew that she didn't believe him. And yet.... there was the desperate sparkle in her sad eyes. She was hoping. Hoping that this Coatl told the truth. And all he did next was smile, as the world around her slowly melted into another. One away from Mazzin.

And Malcolm

Two negotiators trying to settle a deal? Fun.

Another day on the job. Thought Malcolm as she approached the clan grounds, a slight scowl painted on her face. She really didn't feel like fighting with anyone today. But, the Scorpions needed more revenue, and being the deal maker of the gang, Nevada sent her to negotiate some terms.

Unlike her brother, she was more level headed than he. She had her moments though, and this was one of them.

She was suppose to meet up with someone named Harley, so as she burst through the doors leading to the conference room, she failed to notice anyone there.

"Great. Someone's late." She huffed out in annoyance, making herself at home as she perched upon on of the chairs. Malcolm waited for half an hour before a Mirror ran through the doors, dropping a scroll in the process.

"I-I'm terribly sorry! I couldn't find the correct script that was sent to me, and then there was some trouble that came up and I.." He trailed off, Malcolms face enough to shut him up. "Right. You're from the Black Scorpions, yes? Malcolm?"

They hadn't spoken yet, but everywhere she wandered, the feathery winged Wildclaw didn't seem to be far away. Eos had definitely taken notice of her, the intimidating wolf cape she adorned, the contrast of her armor, the silky feathers of her wings and the cute little bow that adorned her neck. She didn't scare Eos at all, she looked capable and cute. Finally, Eos wandered over to the Wildclaw with a gentle smile, taking the rose from her mouth so she could speak. "Hello," She said, her silky voice as soft as ever. "I am Eos, who may you be?" She tilted her head slightly. The Wildclaw seemed fidgety for a moment, wings flapping in the air as she seemed to fumble over her words. Eos only smiled more; she was really adorable. "I'm Chuini!" She said quickly, inclining her head to display her pride. Eos laughed gently. "Chuini, I think that name is lovely." She murmured, stepping a little closer to the dark colored dragon. "So, do you like ribbons? I notice you have one, as do I." Eos felt herself getting flustered as well, toying with the rose in her claws. "Would you like to.. ah, um, maybe you'd like to go buy some more at the marketplace with me sometime? I've been wanting some more bows for some time now, and, well, if you want..." Eos found herself growing nervous, smiling shyly at the warrior. Chuini was cute and she wanted to get to know her better.

As he pocketed the last of it, he turned to appreciate the view that his rigorous climb offered. The world beneath him was so small from up here, it was truly magnificent. He wasn't much for being forward, but for some reason he found himself walking over to this stranger instead of continuing down the mountain. Shiro cleared his throat as he approached, and Corona opened his eyes and turned to look at him. "Uh, hi," Shiro began, suddenly embarrassed at having disturbed him, "um, is it alright if I join you? The view here is...pretty cool, right?" Corona looked him up and down and gave a small smile, "Yes, I'd certainly have to say it is." Shiro felt himself grow warmer, and he sat down next to the red dragon, "Um, do you...come here often?" Shiro mentally kicked himself as he asked this, knowing that it sounded like the world's most generic chat-up line, but he genuinely wanted to know, and honestly had no other idea what to say to the handsome male. "Yes, actually," Corona continued to smile as he kept his eyes on Shiro for a moment before looking back out, "very often. I come up here sometimes just to get away from the world, and to feel the sun on my face. I used to be a miner once, living deep beneath the earth. As an Earth dragon myself, it wasn't the worst fate to befall me, but I always wanted something more than that, to be able to spend my time in the light." "I've had some rough jobs of my own," Shiro sympathized, "I know how hard that can be. What do you do now, if I may ask?" Corona hesitated, wondering if he should tell Shiro that he was a clan leader now, a King in his homeland. "Now I spend my time in the sun, drinking in its warmth and light, doing whatever allows me to meet handsome dragons such as yourself," he entwined his tail around Shiro's for a moment. Shiro felt himself get even hotter at this, extremely flattered. He grinned awkwardly, trying to form a coherent sentence so Corona wouldn't think he was a babbling idiot, but all he could come up with was, "My name is Shiro." "Corona," the red male replied to the black one, "it's very nice to meet you." "The pleasure is all mine." Shiro inclined his head politely, and Corona's smile widened as he rubbed a single claw over one of Shiro's, delighted to feel him reciprocate the gesture. Literal sparks flew between them for a split second as Shiro's contained excitement caused his lightning magic to zip and crackle around their points of contact. "...We'll see about that." --------------------------------- (OK, I'm really sorry that I made Corona do more of the flirting than Shiro did, it's just kinda what jumped to mind when I saw him! He strikes me as a forward kinda guy, while Shiro is considerably reserved. Hope it's not too weird!)

Shiro panted as he scrambled up the mountain ledges. Why did the materials he need have to be here, of all places? Heaving a rather relieved *whuff* as he saw a vein of the stone he was after, he began to dislodge it with his claws and filled his bag.
