My friends password needs to be reset and she has never received an email, nor has she ever got an answer back from the help tickets shes sent in.

Contact Us is the only way to resolve the issue. I'll see what I can find. We recently moved over to a new ticketing system, she may have to send it again.

Please thank the staff for quickly finding my misdirected e mail and all the hard work I know must be going on behind the scenes. Coli is amazing with almost 1400 users logged in; it is going really fast. :)
