Then, as soon as you come back to it after a break, somehow it has transformed into an cringy, badly-proportioned, ugly mess.

When you don't have a tablet so you draw on paper then for digital art you just trace over it w/ the mouse
but you don't have a scanner so you have to take a bad quality picture and put it somewhere that you can access with your computer
