I had a bunch of Rusted Treasure Chests so I opened them, then bought a Prismatic Shard. It took my money but I never received the Shard. This happened yesterday and I wasn't really paying attention when it happened, I had wanted to get the Flower Nymph, so it's possible that was never delivered, however I'm pretty sure I didn't get the shard in the first place (I remember not seeing the counter at the top of Joxar's Spare Inventory say 1).

I didn't get a screenshot either.. I know this really sounds like I'm trying to get free stuff or something but I hope there's at least some log of the money I had :/

@saharaa check your auction history to make sure the purchase went through and to make sure you didn't buy the wrong thing.

While I really wish I could blame it on myself/something as dumb as that, nada :/

@Saharaa judging from the picture, either the purchase didn't go through or it was never purchased and mistook the error message as the purchase message (this happens if you're too low on funds or someone grabbed it before you did)

as it turns out I'm goddamn stupid lol. I bought the spare inventory crate straight from the festive favors shop & thought I was just buying the prismatic shard.

I got the crate & the shard in it so its all good now
