She feels like she would rustle through the trees in a Ghibli movie, only being seen by humans when she wants to be seen. Her familiar really adds to that vibe. I get the feeling that if they had lore, Etoile and Eos would be in a relationship, and it would have some deep symbolism having to do with opposite forces coming together to create something completely original and astonishingly beautiful.
