So, I keep seeing dragons with little stories and stuff on their info. I was told that this is dragon lore. So I get that the backstory part, but what I don't understand is the rest of it... Like, I have seen Icons of apparel, birds, domains, etc. down there. What's that for?

Things like item icons in the dragon information/bio are typically just to make the bio aesthetically pleasing ^^.

Icons of items could also refer to the Wish List of Dragons within a given Lair, either to outfit in an apparel look or towards a Baldwin's item that wants brewing :)
