I decided to tweak Blighted a little and submit it for this festival! It was originally a Riot of Rot contest entry, but the bio-luminescent fungus I based it off of are also the type of flora you see in the Tangled Wood. The basic concept is that some male Coatl like to decorate their wings with colorful fungus - perhaps to hide duller colors, perhaps to impress other Coatl... either way, the results tend to be quite stunning!
