You lair's a tough one, but out of all of them I'd say this one is unsettling. That accent really gives me the creeps!

I know the dragon is colorful etc. etc. but the combination of that mask and her bio makes me think she might murder you. Probably while singing a lullaby. The only thing you hear coming is a haunting tune, and suddenly you feel unable to move. Footsteps and the tune come closer... And the world goes white.
(She's very pretty though!)

this guy is super etherial and spooky, i imagine he moves completely silently and nobody even notices him there until its too late
