I searched the topic and didn't see any results for this, so: twilight poison on female bogsneaks seems to have an alignment issue with glimmer and underbelly.

There's a thin white line between the belly and the primary color. It happens regardless of belly color, but I checked a few other poison colors and they didn't seem to have that problem.
@Krycelli
I believe grapefruit is supposed to do that. There's a few colors, such as radioactive, grapefruit, or copper, that have fairly distinctive accent colors visible in some of their genes (cherub is always an easy one to spot them on, in my opinion). Glimmer sort of mixes that accent color in with the main color. Grapefruit has kind of a pinkish orange accent, so that's where the warm tint comes from. Other colors with weird accents also have unusual glimmers.

It seems that Copper Runes on Male Skydancers isn't colored correctly. It doesn't have the blue accent.

Copper Runes on a Male Pearlcatcher (note the blue toes):

Same dragon, Scryed as a Skydancer (note the complete lack of blue accenting):

I feel like across multiple breeds, Leaf Glimmer and Radioactive Glimmer genes have been swapped. "Radioactive" glimmer looks more dull leafy green, whereas the "Leaf" glimmer looks just like Radioactive outright. Is it possible that the files for Glimmer across the board were mislabeled for these two colors?

Seijuurou - Look at the two colors mentioned on the color wheel, then on the dragons with glimmer. I don't know about you, but it looks *wrong* for "RADIOACTIVE" to be dim and dull while "leaf" is eye burning, for this *one gene only*

My dragon, SpaceOddity, looks a bit like an oddity here.

Edit: The gene in question is Sapphire Iridescent. The glitch that happened with Cyan Seraph also is happening here, but with Ultramarine Seraph.
Edit 2: After messing around in Scrying a bit, I found a few more problems relating to Sapphire Iridescent:
1.-Female Pearlcatcher seems like a different, more teal color than sapphire iri:

2.-Guardian Female looks much deeper than Guardian Male:

Also on the Guardian Female, it appears that a bit of Sapphire Iri goes onto the wing where Seraph should be.

There's a weird patch of green on the body off the tail wings, and the feathers on the tail wings don't seem to have lines.

The headfins for green iridescent on male faes are missing their shininess:
