It's refreshing to see other adults who love stuffed animals. I'm often slightly embarrassed to admit that. I have so freaking many, most left over from my Webkinz phase. Someday I'm buying myself a new Webkinz just for nostalgia. I ended up ragequiting because of the paid membership, but I miss it so much. Plus, I love stuffed animals.
My favorite would probably be this torn-up dragon toy that used to belong to my dog. It was her favorite toy, so I kept it when she died as a tribute to her. I carried it around with me for several weeks after I first lost her. It's really gross -- after all, it was a dog toy -- so now it just sits in a basket with a bunch of other stuffed animals.

It's like this, but completely shredded, haha. When she ripped it up, we took the stuffing out and gave it back to her, and she still played with it. She loved that thing. *sigh* I might wash it and sew it up and restuff it so it can be an actual plushie, but... IDK. That seems a little rude.

I've owned this big guy (abt 30") for a good portion of my life, and even though I name tons of other things, I never really named my stuffed animals for some reason. I generaly just call him Willy (even though I only ever saw Free Willy once in my life and never again after that) or Orca. I've slept with him in my bed for years as he optimal size for hugging.

I love stuffed animals so much, and it's always nice to see other adults liking them, too! Especially because I'm the only one in my family that is obsessed with them and most of my friends aren't really that into plushies ... I always feel a bit childish, and sometimes I dread people coming over because you come into my room and are immediately greeted by an army of stuffed animals, haha. My father always shakes his head and asks me, "How old are you again?" when he sees that I got another one. I'm especially fond of handmade plushies, but my father doesn't understand why I would pay so much for something "childish" like that. Thankfully my mother understands that it's a hobby of mine and loves it when I show her my newest cute addition! Anyway, back to the topic:

His name is Marvin, and he's the best thing I've ever purchased, haha. I've always wanted an alpacasso, and the rainbow one is just so cute! He was a dream plushie of mine for quite a while and I finally bought him this summer for my birthday. He's a bootleg unfortunately, but that doesn't stop me from loving him. He's incredibly soft and huggable! Hugging him always makes me feel better!
There's also Captain Nemo the shark, whom I got when I went on a trip to London! I got her from Hamleys (that store is heaven for any toy-lover) and she's been on quite a few trips with me since then! She's the perfect size and shape for snuggling, and I usually take her with me on my trips because Marvin is just too big.
(Honorable mentions go to Terry, a teddy that I designed that my mother knitted for me, Jakob the ibex (a very small floppy beanie plush that I got from our zoo) and Gregory the white galaxy bat.)

Every year when me and my family go to Copenhagen in Denmark, we always visit the Disney store. I just feel like its magical haha. I got it, and i can just say if you are in a Disney store and you see this guy, its worth your money. He is perfect to protect you in the night.
