They searched as long as they felt they could spare for the hatchling's parents, but to no avail. Then, they made their way back to the Cloudsong, carrying his body between the two of them, Aine hurrying them along. Brigid took the tiny hatchling into her new nest and treated him as one of her own. The day that he was able to see properly, she was the first thing he laid eyes on, gently prodding minty jadevine into his mouth. One of the dark skydancer hatchlings shifted next to him, warm and sleepy. He let out a wide yawn, drawing a giggle from Brigid. Paragon, much to Lucien's chagrin and Radric's discomfort. XD She kind of has a reverse harem going on in their little group, but is completely unaware of it. Her mate is Lucien (he only one she sees romantically), and she sees Radric as a mother hen/big brother figure and Grimoire is a tentative best friend of sorts?
