Don't know if it'll be of any use to anybody, but I had a poke around in the page source when an ad popped up. I couldn't find anything that seemed odd in the Elements tab, but the Console was going crazy.

In my second nest in my nesting grounds (does this mean I'll get lovely eggs~xD) :

I tried refreshing and closing and opening tab again, but it keeps popping out in the same place.
It starts running the movie as I hover over the eggs.

I had two ads show up in the middle of the page while incubating eggs. They were both on the same page.

Yep, having them, too, either in the form of a small bar under an individual dragon's feet in my lair, or as a large square when I go to the trading post.
