Hmm, I've got almost all actual words out of cipher 8, but they don't quite form a sentence in this order. Is anyone else having this problem? Are there multiple ways to get real words from this one, or are we just supposed to rearrange it into a sentence?

Hmm, I've got almost all actual words out of cipher 8, but they don't quite form a sentence in this order. Is anyone else having this problem? Are there multiple ways to get real words from this one, or are we just supposed to rearrange it into a sentence?
My apologies for the brief disappearance, folks! I've been camping in the mountains, and though the information I found beforehand suggested I would have cell service enough to be on here, that turned out not to be the case. I am back, and will be drawing prizes today!
