Ah, no problem!
You guys solved the first set of ciphers (the ones unlocking Xylia's room). The one you found in Xylia's room was designed to point to the ID numbers of the Cleaners; it was a pretty subtle clue and I'm not surprised that no one got it.
The code was just this:

The one found in Lorette's room was a kind of complicated numerical code; basically the number of each letter was taken as x in the function f(x) = (4x + 6).
So:

Then Wanderer's puzzle was really simple to craft but difficult to decode because each number could stand for multiple letters.
