Hi there sorry for the delay in my response.
Some of our Grinders May accept items as payment so long as their LAH value is equal to our prices.

the 2 items you listed are actually Lower than what we charge.

(Arcane Tome at LAH = 50g but a 1 hour grind = 60kt/70g)
(Siren Faerie Kit at LAH = 129g but a 2 hour grind = 120kt/140g)

It may be better to try sell said items and use the funds for paying for grinding (If that's what you wanted to do of course)
