Was I just imagining things, or is there a way to do it?

Outside of an art program and resizing it yourself Aquatic recently put together this guide that shows the sizes available with the site's coding.

Now that I think about it, maybe they did resize them to a custom fit /v\ Thank you for the thread, though! I was wondering how to do the coli portraits, too

@pansydragon @Nightwind there's also a 127x127 sprite that's used in the Coliseum, although it flips some of the breeds. @pansydragon the end value is the dragon's ID. the other shorter value is the dragon's ID minus the last two digits, and then add 1 to the resulting number.

example with my boy Sev there:
7777777
77777
77778

(or you could grab it from the tail end of the Generate Code image URL, but if you know how to manipulate the numbers, i find it's faster to just do it manually.)

Some time ago I coded up a tool to generate all the different images provided on the site. That might be a little easier than figuring out how to manually change up the URLs? :o
