Hello!
I was wondering how to put in images (such as personal drawings) in a page/dragon’s bio. The best I could muster is to put the link of an image? But I couldn’t figure out how to do that. It’s just super confusing at this point, so sorry if I’m just not seeing an easy solution.

first- images need to be hosted on an image site such as imgur, photobucket, DA, Tumblr, or even facebook if they aren't already
second- you need the image url. which will end in a file extension such as .png, .jpeg. .psd or so on. which can be obtained by right-clicking the image.
third- post the image url using bbcode.

Just the same; upload the image on your phone to an image hosting website (photobucket is now pay only, tinypic closed and DeviantArt blocks it so use something different). Each site will have various ways to get the image url that you can then use to post the picture.
Once you've done that put the image's url (not the url for the page the image is on) and put it between image tags:
[code][img]image url[/img][/code]

here's a really helpful guide to using FRs BB codes! Thankfully FRs is on the simpler end of codes so you should be able to figure it out!

just a heads up, but this thread is a couple years old and at first glance looks like it's all taken care of. in cases like this it's generally better to make a new thread
to get the image url you should just need to right click the picture and press something along the lines of copy image location. depending on what site the image is hosted on the link may not work, but generally just make sure it ends in some kind of file extension
