[color=5b76eb]Ahh! Does anybody recall Funky Furby? I'm an avid collector of vintage Furbies, and unfortunately, I rarely see the 2005 additions getting any recognition. Instead of functioning like the earlier augmentations, they would instead respond to a selection of requests; the person interacting with the toy would proclaim "Hey Furby!" Followed up with a request - "Sing me a song" would trigger a song, a rendition of pre-existing rhymes or original songs, "Tell me a story" would lead the Furby to recite a story, "let's play a game" would bring about a game of red light green light, and so forth. [s]Y'know, the Furby generation that surpass the 1998/1999 Furbies in uncanny valley.[/s] Nevertheless, my first Furby was one of these, and they still retain a place in my heart. I loved all of these ! I don't remember much of the early 2000's but it was great compared to today.
