I have a cat named Harley. He has a few 'pet names' like Sweet Pea, Baby Boy, Bubba Boy, and when he acts wild and playful I might call him Wild Thing or Psycho Cat. Sometimes he's Kitten or Chitin, sometimes he's Dippy-Doo...
But his REAL name is Really. Because EVERY SINGLE TIME he does something weird or crazy or gets into something he shouldn't I just have to look at him and ask
"....Really?"
And every. single. time. he looks up at me as if silently asking
