Added Boa and Saddle for Modern, Aberration, Aether, Banescale, and Veilspun breeds as announced on 10/16/2023 (https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/ann/3280447).
Assumed same Uncommon rarity as existing Boa/Saddle which were previously only for Sandsurge and Undertide.
Will update if findings are different per (https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/gde/3231610/1)
