Hey, I'm becoming more active on FR again and they've come out with more genes and such since I last updated Burrowers for the expanded color wheel in what? 2016?
I was thinking that Glowtail in particular could fit well as a possible tertiary gene for Burrowers! Given that the lore explanation for their glow is semitransparent scales, I was also thinking that Bee might be a good option for a secondary gene as well. Can slightly edit the lore description to include these if need be:
"These impressive drakes often go unseen to those that walk the surface as they are more often than not deep underground, digging. These Ridgebacks are born with diamond-like hides and semitransparent [s]spines[/s] scales along their backs, tails, bellies, and occasionally even the membranes of their wings. Despite the crystalline structure of their bodies, they can move with easy, and their claws tear through rocks like thin sheets of paper. Their spines are constantly emitting a vibrant blue light, a bio-luminescence of sorts, that occurs simply from the Lightning energy naturally circulating their body shining through. This glow assists them while they tunnel, lighting the way through the bowels of the earth.
Many dragons wonder why they can never find anything of value when they go digging for treasure. The most common reason for this that not many know about is that these drakes may have made their way through your lands, underground, out of sight, and simply 'borrowed,' more than likely, any mineral or stone of value from the dirt below. They often have an affinity for shiny things, and not much can hold them back from taking what they want."

I think both of those are great! The lore has been updated, and Bee and Glowtail have been added as acceptable genes c:

Finally got the funds for the Bee genes I needed to get this pair done!
Could I get Cadaver and Decay registered as 'Bleached Bones?'

Hi ! I'm very new to this, if I understood it correctly she fit the criteria for a Stormdancer, can she be registered ?
https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/81881044
Also I bought her on the AH from someone who isn't on the breeder list, does it matter ?
Thank you very much ! :)

Tertiary Colour: Sand-Tan, Tan Preferred
Primary Gene: Flaunt
Secondary Gene: Foam
Tertiary Gene: Flecks
Lore:Baroclinic Runners have made a name for themselves by chasing down areas of high baroclinicity to track potential storm development. They prize fulgurite, especially when freshly-formed and still warm to the touch. Their pursuit of the lightning-formed mineraloid demands that these dragons track developing storms all throughout the Shifting Expanse. Their frequent dives below the sand to excavate fresh fulgurite leave their scales constantly charged with electricity and the smell of ozone in their wake. Over time, Baroclinic Runners become covered in molten streaks of metal and silica from their expeditions, giving them their distinctive flecked, metallic appearance.
Now, why these dragons are so dedicated to the collection of what is admittedly a very cool, but also a pretty objectively useless not-quite-rock is a matter of debate. Outside observers theorize that it may be a way to honor the Stormcatcher, though rival scholars counter that these after-effects of a lightning strike have little bearing on productivity, so why would the Stormcatcher care for such a collection? There are several increasingly snippy academic rebuttals on the subject under peer review.
Recently, a curious hatchling took the path of least resistance and simply asked a Baroclinic Runner why they like fresh fulgurite so much, and the clever Spiral dragon simply smiled and said one word, "Tingly." Though it should be noted that they said it with a wink and a grin before taking off laughing, so how truthful this explanation is remains controversial.
Regardless, no one can deny these dragons' expertise in tracking storms from initiation through their eventual dissipation. Baroclinic Runners are hardly the only dragons with such meteorological expertise in the Shifting Expanse, but they do have the particular honor of being the most precise in predicting which storms are most likely to produce cloud-to-ground lightning strikes and when.
Note: These dragons must have Lightning eyes.

Sludgepuppies are the test subjects for a chemical alternative to scatterscrolls that is currently being workshopped in the chemical labs of the lightning farm. Given that the process of having their flesh burned away is more than a bit traumatic, the Sludgepuppies are a strange cult of dragons who are obsessed with this chemical form of body modification, always hoping for brighter colors, xyy patterns, and concerning new side effects. What they lack in self preservation instinct they make up for in radness. Their unhinged desire to keep pushing the limits of the biologically possible can make them come off as intense, but they wouldn't have it any other way. Why be mellow when you can be totally sick?
