Obelisks eat Seafood, Insects.
Undertides eat Seafood, Meat, Plants, Insects.

why does someone have to type the number in the exchange rate when the exchange rate also clearly knows whats its supposed to be?

I'm pretty sure it's so it can be a logged data point - the sheet can run a live calculation, but it can't retain the information long-term, which makes it hard to analyze trends.
