I've added a question to the form, which is totally optional, and lets you sign your entry so that you can be credited on the spreadsheet: [img]http://i.imgur.com/E3BCyrt.png[/img] [img]http://i.imgur.com/6YM6wsO.png[/img] [b]Edit:[/b] Now hopefully with fewer duplicates? Your name should now show up if you're one of the three most recent [i]people[/i] who signed their entries, not one of the three most recent signed entries. :)
