Since you're still reading this, here's a money printing tip: rusted chests and iron chests on average hoardsell for equivalent ~1700t and ~8500t but are often listed under these on AH for some reason. Auctioning apparel at fodder prices will make more per chest but it takes a while to list everything so I prefer to buy and hoardsell.
If you listed a ton of chests under those prices and someone bought all of them all at once, that might have been me. Thanks for the cash.
Gilded chests are priced "correctly" on AH, so buying them is not profitable or worth your time.
