@Dram What are talking about, banana is the best colour ever! XD Me, I love bright primary and pastel colours. (Obsidian and ice are to die for too, but not on the same dragon. XD) Dull stone, brown and reds are hideous on dragons IMO. (No offence intended.)
Now my dragon wasn't really hated and he certainly isn't ugly, but I originally got him as a mate for another dragon. Only once I had him did I realise how utterly unimpressive iridescent seafoam is. I meant to get rid of him, but I never quite managed, so now he's mated to a random banana of mine, and his babies will probably be exalted.

This... When he hatched my first groan was that it was a male. Then I looked at the colors
He gained the name "Fire Vomit" when i expressed my upsetness over his lack of needed colors.
But now... I can't sell him ; n ; but I wont name him either... Poor fellah is in limbo

When this little lady popped into my lair, I was a bit sad. I am not really a fan of orange dragons. But I kind of like her now, especially since she produced my favorite dragon, Hemlock.

The goldenrod/slate combination was awful; even worse was his brother, goldenrod/sand (or something like that) who I had to exalt, lest I get nauseous. But. I looked sideways at Solidago here for a while, and decided to slap some genes on him, and now he looks marvelous.
His hatchlings...I'm attempting to sell them before I get attached to them. -_-
