Someone posts something like this every few weeks and it feels like the answer is almost always either "dom" or "buyer's remorse and too lazy/too little space to try to sell it and make back the treasure/gems".
I frequently fall into the latter category but I usually buy dragons at fodder prices so it doesn't look as weird to an outside perspective (but I would absolutely exalt a more expensive dragon if I wanted it out of my lair immediately. lol)

Wh... Why? If I remember correctly, a lvl 25 exalt only gives you like 38kt. That's less than a fourth of what they paid for it.

I've had that happen a few times before (level 25 dragons bought and insta-exalted). A couple of them were during a dom war, so I get it. Dom wars be like that. One of them was during a fest push (and was exalted to the fest pushing flight). Like...I can't be too fussed since I got my 200g, but, bros, you are fest pushing. You got this. You really don't need to be buying 25s to exalt XD

The only reasonable thing I can think of is that they're doing it for foddart. "Ahh I just need 25 more levels, might as well just buy one..." Even that's kinda bonkers, but I dunno what other reason they would exalt it for ¯\_(°u°)_/¯

Maybe they thought they could get lots of treasure? Even I don’t know how much treasure you get for exalting a lvl25.

Probably bought them for a project then immediately found a dragon that fits it a littler better than yours....I have done this too many times and probably have confused some previous dragon owners lmao.
