I love them honestly! They’re funky little caterpillar guys and they have a distinct, interesting shape and I’m glad they’re not just a redux of pearlcatchers and imperials. I’m happy to have these little bookwyrms as my flight’s ancient. Looking forward to geneing the one I just hatched!

i agree with people mentioning genes, especially the tertiaries, they are absolutely gorgeous. i'm not happy with my own hatchlings colorwise (well, what can you do, it's rng), but i'm really excited to hit the scrying workshop later and come up with a project or two!

genuinely very happy with them, i've been quite neutral on most recent ancient releases so its nice to see one i really vibe with! they have a beautiful gene pool, so i've been having a lot of fun scrying them! <3
