before recently I probably would have said yes, her colours are pretty whack and her tert is awful but recently I've managed to turn her into something I really like, and now I wouldn't have her any other way! [center]my progen is Rogue, who i chose azure/teal for, which i can't remember why i did c': not a big blues fan, and i wanted shadow flight for sure when i joined. will always pick a male fae though, absolutely love their pose! he got absolutely nerfed by his banana tert </3 if i could change what i'd do, i'd go for an obsidian/obsidian like a basic dude haha. would pick earth common for sure, i've grown attached to earth after years (been through shadow and arcane as well). Nah, I got way too lucky with my custom since she popped out XYY. Violet's a color which garners a lot of divided opinions, but I like her garish neon hide too much to change her. But there's a corner of my mind that wishes I'd picked a more red-toned purple for her secondary, because I really would have preferred her with all gem genes and Toxin is the only gene that gives her red highlights. Hmm, White-Seafoam-Charcoal ended up being pretty perfect for the white Stitched gene . . . For one thing, I’m not wildly into Seafoam anymore /laughs/ and while I LOVED XYZ dragons back in the day when genes didn’t give dragons a bunch of secondary colours . . . nowadays I probably would have chosen something in a neutral XX (instead of a neutral X and specific Y) that could go well with almost any tert? So I’d go in with more of a “what am I going to get and how am I building the backbone, what do I want those backbones to be and do I like them alone in case I actually hate the tert??” approach rather than a “I have a specific idea!” approach? Almost all my dragons are still female so I probably would have still made him male and just used a sillouhette scroll /laughs/

My progens wings being green were not intentional anyways… oh the pain of using a keyboard to scroll back in the day… Really though would have only changed the one color. I can work with the lemon tert but JUNGLE?? not to mention the random progen ended up with a color adjacent to that… sigh.

Sky/ice is a nice combo and I wouldn't change a thing. Though I'd like to roll for a new tert. Royal just doesn't fit my ice boy.

I'm surprisingly still content with my custom progen! If I had to change him I'd probably switch the colour to amethyst to match the Flight, or something.

Looks like all my favorite colors are actually color wheel expansion colors... I'd probably do either a Double Spring, or a double Coal this time! With Ice Eyes of course either way <3 Hopefully my tert would turn out right lol. (I think Coal, now that I see them side by side!!)
