I went to a cat cafe once while I was on a trip out of the country, I’ve been meaning to look if there’s any near where I live

Monday Question
What is the recipe for your favorite dessert?

Easy Ice Cream Sandwich. All ingredients store bought, but assembled at home. Soft baked cookies to taste, American style ice cream to taste and possibly compliment the cookie flavour. Slap a scoop of ice cream between two cookies, enjoy. Soft baked cookies are best, because they don't crumble.
