Given it was a space station created by the scientists of the Starfall Isles, she might have expected more fire or explosions. But the station was surprisingly clean, shiny, and organized. A pair of Fae dragons flew by, pushing a cart full of supplies, followed sedately by a Skydancer wearing a pair of glasses and a lab coat, taking notes on a clipboard. Further on, she could see a Coatl waving a cheerful yellow flag above her head, leading a gaggle of assorted dragons on what must have been an orientation tour, based on the matching service uniforms they were all wearing. She was so busy taking in the sights of the hangar, that she didn’t hear Hydrus until he appeared right beside her, making her jump. “Ah! I can’t believe I’m finally here!” he crowed with satisfaction. “Those seats on the shuttle were definitely not designed for Bogsneaks, my poor fins are so squashed.” Chara rolled her eyes, her head fin going flat in irritation. Younger brothers could be [i]so[/i] annoying. “Try not to embarrass us,” she grunted. “It’s a huge honour to be personally requested to come aboard the Starship Arcadia, we need to make a good impression. You and I may be exceptionally good at ice magic, but if they think we’re not taking this seriously, they’ll probably ship us right back down to the ground.” Hydrus stuck his tongue at her, but he did try to straighten his posture. It was just in time, as they both spotted a frazzled-looking Mirror with pale yellow wings making a beeline for them. “There you are!” she cried out in relief. She glanced between the two of them, taking a moment to catch her breath. “My name is Pyxis. Hydrus and Chara, I presume?” “That’s us!” Hydrus said cheerfully, before letting out a grunt as Chara surreptitiously elbowed him in the side. “I mean, ahem. Yes. I’m Hydrus and this is my sister, Chara. We’re here to help.” “We understand you have something new and exciting that you’re working on that requires ice magic?” Chara continued smoothly. Pyxis brightened immediately. “Oh, yes! It’s going to be absolutely spectacular, we’re just having a bit of trouble maintaining the correct temperatures for the reaction, which is where you two come in. If you’d follow me?” She led them through the space station until they arrived at what looked like a food court. Chara and Hydrus shared a look of confusion; they’d been expecting to find themselves in a lab space. But Pyxis stopped right in front of one of the food court booths, one that proudly proclaimed in bright silver letters, [i]”Coming Soon: Arcadian Delights - Ice Cream IN SPACE!”[/i] Chara felt her jaw drop open as she realized what this meant. “You hired us because you wanted our expert help and powerful magic to make [i]ice cream?![/i]” Pyxis didn’t even have the grace to look ashamed. She just beamed at them, pleased as punch. “Yep! We’ve been testing out some amazing new flavours! The absence of gravity surprisingly opens up a lot of possibilities!” Chara just stared at the Mirror in total disbelief. She knew Arcane dragons were crazy, but this was a bit much! She was startled out of her shock when Hydrus let out a loud whoop, his tail lashing in excitement. “We get to sample it, right?” he asked. “Please tell me we get to try all the flavours!” “Well, duh!” Chara groaned and buried her face in her claws. I mean, the [b]pose[/b] and the [b]design[/b]... especially the [b]pose[/b]. Since Neko Atsume is a big game ip, I think maybe avoiding possible copyright conflicts is a good option?

@Ambulocetus The badges are 100% meant to be based off of Neko Atsume. And I doubt that copyright will be an issue here, given that this is an informal event between users, and not something which is officially being incorporated into Flight Rising.

I just think the poses are almost the same as the pictures I posted there, not just the style, which kind of bothered me... Like, why not just use the style but with a unique pose?
I mean, I don't want to say that but art tracing.......
