i do think some colors are a bit too low-contrast and end up looking like knockoff python but overall i think pharaoh is a neat gene.
as for sarcophagus... i agree with the critics here. not enough color on it for my tastes. i think it's a bit bland and simple especially for a gem gene, it just doesn't have the same vibe and pop to it as pharaoh.

Oof I love them!! In my opinion they really are stunning. Almost every dragon I've tried one or the other on has simply been gorgeous. I personally really like color on black so this is really up my ally. Although they are expensive so I probably wont be using them much. I only have one confirmed plan to use them. Nida was on exalt row next time I had a lair clear out but this finally gave me a gene plan I actually liked for her.

i love pharaoh, it is now my favorite gene. i'm not sure i believe their worth the gem price, but that's fine -- i'm going to snag so many of them when they're cheap on the ah. absolutely LOVE that primary. secondary is ... alright, compliments the busyness of the primary, but i'm not as big of a fan.

I absolutely love it. I have a greyscale tab and they'll work so well with them. However, please please more terts please

I'm sad they're gem genes, but I absolutely love them. Once the price of dragons with them goes down I'll be sure to snag a few.

Should have been a coli gene.
It looks like python and piebald mixed. Which I like-- but it's not worth 12-15 dollars irl money.

I'm sure I would've used them a lot if they were anything but gem genes, but they're not worth that price to me. Also my very very minor complaint is that we already have a lot of primary and secondary genes that start with the letters P and S

I think they're pretty cool, I love how they look with brighter colours.
I'm just a little sad that they're gem genes, and that they missed the opportunity to give these genes secondary colours. Cannot stop thinking about how much better and more distinct some colours would be if they had a fade into their secondary.

Ohhh wow those are stunning! Maybe you could post those over in the Gene Variant thread in the Suggestions forum? That would make a phenomenal variant.

They're good for one of my dragons that's in need of darker colors, but other than that... I don't see myself using them regularly. The price isn't worth it IMO, and they could use some accent colours.

My dragons' names are 2-3 separate words. Please put spaces between them!!!
@LadyRaptor Ah, I never realized that the primary and secondary gem genes were priced different! I don't really like gem genes too much and won't buy scrolls ever probs.
