Huyền Nghi Hội is technically a clan of I Ching-themed dragons, starting with 16 founding dragons representing the Bagua. They form 8 factions, each ruled by a pair of founders. Then, they proceed to recruit disciples, some temporarily, some permanently. Among the permanent dragons are the 64 younglings representing the 64 hexagrams of I Ching.

This is not a clan but a loosely connected alliance. While the Sect Leaders are true dragons who can shapeshift into humanoids, the Disciples are born humanoid and have to unlock their draconic potential.

(For simplicity, just treat all of them as dragons)
