I was browsing through Undel’s DeviantArt, which contains a lot of her old art and products, and found a few funny things that connect to present-day FR.

Other ones of her candles reminded me of FR too. The [url=https://www.deviantart.com/neondragon/art/Green-Fairy-Absinthe-Candle-194939906]Green Fairy[/url] somewhat resembles the Dryad enemies in the Coliseum. And, well, this next one was too funny not to share. The [url=https://www.deviantart.com/neondragon/art/Panda-Farts-Himalayan-Bamboo-188675577]Panda Farts[/url] look like the puffs of air in the Wind Flight! There’s also a [url=https://www.deviantart.com/neondragon/art/Fenrir-s-Folly-Phoenix-Pinio-182956536]whole series[/url] of candles that look exactly like FR familiars and also include an Imperial-esque dragon (click the left arrow to see more of them).
Non-candle-wise, [url=https://www.deviantart.com/neondragon/art/7-of-50-Tokenekie-176149827]this commission[/url] she did looks like an Imperial. The [url=https://www.deviantart.com/neondragon/art/Stubby-Leg-Dragon-143429215]Stubby Leg Dragon[/url] looks like a Snapper. It’s really interesting to see how Undel’s art has evolved, and how her art style is recognizable even from way back when, even in projects that have nothing to do with FR, as being from our beloved FR artist.

Oh my, I think I saw some of these drawings in ye olden times, but never connected them to FR. I only joined this site in 2019, so I was blissfully unaware how old the project actually was.

Interesting to see Tidelord's early design - he does resemble a lionfish. As said earlier, I feel like that'd be a great idea for a Water ancient.

I used to follow her stuff when I was a little kid; learned how to draw dragons from her stuff like 15 years ago and was basically a huge fangirl
I vaguely remember neondragon announcing FR but I was kinda dumb as a kid and also not that good in english, so every time I went to register it was closed, so I’d just forget about it for a while and that went on for literal YEARS until finally created an account in one of the open registering times
But tl;dr Undel is thea reason I started drawing dragons and fantasy creatures when I was like 13
