The bit that you're referring to as branches looks more like roots to me, which are flexible, flexibility is also related to species and age of tree. They also seem to transition to trunk beyond the pad of the foot. (Do dragon feet have pads?) So I conclude that the glade keeper walks with her roots, like walking palms in tall tale.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socratea_exorrhiza

@azureiris that'd definitely make it more comfortable for her ehe! I can see that they could be roots, tbh it didn't pass my mind!

CountingChocobos that is a lovely clip (now I have to go rewatch the movie)
It's clear that Gladekeeper has Leporidae conformation. She hops.

well duh, her root feet will dig into the ground whenever she walks. She’s getting moisturised feet wherever she goes
or she just handstand walks

Maybe she walks with her front legs and her back legs kinda, slither like an octopus

She's rooted to the ground and doesn't walk. Alternatively, buttscoots.
If she doesn't walk like a normal dragon, I like to think that she just buries her root feet and just...kind of slides along? Imagine a tree slowly sliding towards you. It's still upright, and its roots are underground, but it's moving.
Something like that.
