The pillars just repeat the same few phrases

Not sure if this has been mentioned already, but the Runes gene IS different from breed to breed! I first noticed it when Undertides came out, because it just looks... vastly different on them. Apparently, the Arcanist used to have elder scrolls (Daedric) runes on his halo before the font was replaced! It was neat to find out!

The halo actually looks different now that i looked at it wow-

I wonder if there is something actually going on. actual meaning, message, symbolism...

but on other.... what if it is just "lol do whatever fun shapes that look like runes". like, example, is runes on ancients planned thing or just artistic freedom


I surely made up some runes and two sets actually have... "proper alphabet/meaning" (I use "" because I don't actual smartness and knowledge to make it like proper script) and third is one I made in one go just to suit this one drawing I had, no meaning or anything, just some lines.... so I feel both ways

I realized that some of them kinda formed a picture of what a Gaoler looks like. I just don't know where the Sentry/Seeker emblems go... [emoji=gaoler laughing size=2] edit: perhaps the Seeker is an eye? It would make sense with their name. I also wonder if the Sentry could represent their horns.

I wonder if Draconic might be, like, partly alphabetical and partly made of word-symbols. Like, some really significant words that are used a lot might have dedicated symbols, like the 11 flights, but other less important words would have a series of letters.

considering we never really see any of the elemental runes used in the same space as written script, it seems unlikely, but oddly enough, the rune for "time" looks like it also shows up on the Alchemical Formula vista.
