Hmm not really sure on that tbh. The cloudy wings i actively bonded with hundreds of familiars to sell gold chests so approx the time it takes to fully bond with familiars for the cloudy wings. That only covered part of the cost i think i already had the rest.
The hornhelm i think maybe a year? But i didnt work hard for that just made profits selling items higher then bought price @ilios
